"Okay," he agrees, and if it's somewhat grudging it is at least still agreement. Ken's not deceptive; he basically never agrees to anything unless he plans on going through with it. So Chikusa can trust that Ken intends to behave himself - although, of course, this being Ken, one never knows when something might throw him off-course.
