[log] Walk in harmony
Who: Zenyatta and others
What: Talking about ways to keep Home in harmony and talk about what's going on in a more group-like format. Related to Zenyatta's billboard post earlier
Where: Home's sitting area on the first floor
When: Backdated to Day 4, sunset
Other: Party style log. Zenyatta will have his own top if you want to interact with him specifically
By now, Zenyatta hopes that anyone who is interested in talking about the situation and how to keep Home in harmony has seen the notes he left on the bulletin board. Sunset comes, so he removes the old notes and piles them neatly on the table. (Just in case one of the people he conversed with wants to keep the note.) Zenyatta does leave his message of "Hello world. ( ´ ▽ ` )" up. He likes it there.
There are many questions and different experiences among them. A chance to talk with one another will help make their stay easier. This situation is strange, but it need not be an unpleasant one.

Sam Winchester
The first twenty-four hours he was here he'd spent focused on finding answers and trying to come up with some sort of plan. His thoughts about what had happened to him before he'd woken up here and what that could mean took over soon after that though, and he's been drowning in his own head since.
He looks pretty deep in thought even now, standing in the first floor sitting area with his hands shoved into the pockets of his jeans, leaning against the wall. He's staring at the floor, brows knitted.]

I sense disquiet in your soul. What troubles you?
no subject
What? Oh. [He answers in a dismissive tone:] Just, you know, thinking about how I ended up here, about people back home.
[About how he might be part demon. About how he might be dead. No big deal or anything. He offers the robot a flicker of a smile.] I'm Sam Winchester, by the way.
[A huff of laughter then, brief and quiet, the small smile turning amused as he looks around and rubs the back of his head.] I wonder if we should all be wearing name tags or something...
no subject
Hello, Sam. You may call me Zenyatta. The board over there has paper and writing utensils. We could arrange that.
[ He gestures to the board where he asked about having a meeting. ]
We are all in this together, so it would be prudent to know everyone's names.
no subject
[He's aware that, as strange as some of the others' names seem to him, his might seem just as strange to them. The name tag idea isn't a bad one, and he casts a long glance at where the paper is, considering. How would they attach them, though? He hadn't seen any tape around, or clothespins. String, maybe?]
I'm not sure how we'd wear them. Everyone's listed in the Visitors book, though, from what I could tell. We could bring that in from the study so everyone can look at it if they haven't yet.
no subject
[ They are more than words on a page, and the book has so little in it. ]
You do bring up a good point, though. If we do not bring the book here, we should let others know where to find it.
no subject
[Ish. There's a lot that Sam's not willing to open up about to people he just met. There were things his almost-fiance hadn't even known about him, which was basically his entire past. He'd help everyone in any way he could, but he didn't think that meant telling them everything there was to know about him. Only what was necessary.]
Though I guess there's not technically anything keeping us here, not that I know of, anyway. Has anyone talked about trying to live somewhere else?
no subject
[ He is still working on being comfortable with walking. He has remastered stairs. He has not pushed himself towards long distances. ]
no subject
[He's been taking looks at all of the books periodically the past few days, and noticed recently that some seemed to be filling in by themselves.]
It's called Domina. It would probably be a good idea to encourage everyone to visit it at some point. In groups, just to be safe. Gathering as much information as we can about this place we've all ended up should be a priority.
no subject
[ He hums to himself. How interesting. Thrall's suggestion that the books will fill with words once certain tasks have been completed sounds more possible. ]
no subject
There were a few books of interest that I found. The one with locations claims to have a map and calls where we are "Fa'Diel." There wasn't a map inside it that I could see, but maybe it's just not there yet, since it seems to fill up on its own.
There was also a Bestiary, with only one entry last I checked, and another book that had names and short descriptions of a few people. Not anyone I've met here yet. It mentioned one or two of them could be found in Domina.
no subject
[ He tries out the word, glad to have something to call the world beyond "this world." ]
I shall take note of this and make sure to let others know those books exist and should be examined from time to time. Perhaps a list could be posted on the board.

[Sam's been thinking about it. He and Dean had used their dad's old journal for cases back home, adding to the thing any new notes they had for ghosts or monsters, any evil their dad hadn't run into yet.
It's only been four days since he arrived here, though. He may not need to make some sort of journal for his stay here if it's short. He's still holding out hope that his brother will show up or he'll find him, that they'll get home somehow. Even if he's like, oh, about sixty-five percent sure he may be dead.]
no subject
[ It would be hard to read a book when it has text already written all over it. ]
no subject
That's true. Should keep an eye on all the books then just in case anything appears. And there's always loose paper to use.
no subject
[ This world does have the technology for books, so it is possible they would sell them. ]

Excuse me, sir?
no subject
Just... Sam. Is fine. Uh, can I help you?
no subject
Sam then. I was only wondering what kind of skills you had. Since we’re talking about dividing chores, or picking up work, it might be useful to know what we can all do.
no subject
Hunting, fighting, wilderness survival... [Hell, just survival in general.] Weaponry. Mostly guns, but I've used other things and I'm good at improvising. I'm fine taking daily chores whenever needed too, doing my share. I don't have a lot of experience cooking, though. Cleaning and laundry and stuff like that, I've been doing all my life. I have... pretty extensive first aid knowledge. Not enough to do anything invasive or surgical, but up to and including stitches I can handle.
[He's also an excellent researcher and fast reader, but he's not sure that would be helpful here. Neither would be his knowledge of the American legal system, obviously. He can act and lie and pretend he's someone he's not, though not as well as his brother can. His Google-fu would definitely be useless when there was no Google or even internet or computers that he could tell.]
I could probably teach others any of those things if needed. That's about it, I guess. [He scratches the back of his neck, and gives a light shrug.
There's a slight smile suddenly, a twitch of his lips and laughter in his eyes as he finishes dryly:] I can reach things off high shelves. [Being six foot four and all. Not as tall as their seven foot plus tall housemates, but still tall.]
no subject
Noted.
[Although he doubts he’ll be calling on him for that.]
It looks like I-pin is making a chore list, so… she’d probably appreciate help there. If we don’t have enough money to buy food from town, do you think you could help us find anything around in the woods near here or Domina?
no subject
I-Pin... He goes back through the list of "visitors" in his head, recalling from the book, placing a face with the name. He vaguely remembers her saying something about chores while he was tuned out, too. Silently he makes a note to go speak with her, responds to the suggestion with a nod so Tsukishima knows he's planning on it.
A frown pulls at his features at that question, he tries to cover it up with another smile. This one doesn't reach his eyes. Hunting Bambi and Thumper and friends for food wasn't his favorite thing to do, though he's done it before. He'll do it again if necessary. It's not like it's difficult, compared to what he usually hunts. But they aren't evil. Just innocent creatures.]
Sure. It would help if we could find or obtain weapons. Guns would be best, so I can hit things from a distance. The next best option would be a crossbow, though just a bow will work too if that's all we can manage. Technology here seems to be pretty limited.
I think money should probably be spent on supplies first - tools or things we can use to make tools. We're going to need more clothes, for everyone, or a way to make them. I can help get us food so we can focus some of the money on that instead for a while. Until we can make more.
no subject
[This place really is low tech… It just makes the contrast to literal actual robots that much starker. He goes quiet for a moment, making a list in his head of tools they could possibly need. After a second, however, something comes to mind.]
Tomorrow, would you want to go into town with me? I can show you the store I was talking about and we can look at tools.
[More importantly, Tsukishima can ask him some questions about something that’s starting to concern him in the back of his mind.]
no subject
Yeah. Sounds like a good idea. I want to take a look at that weapons store you mentioned, too.
[Honestly he feels a little naked without anything on him. He'd half-considered stealing a knife from the kitchen to keep on him before deciding that was too paranoid. Also known as: something his brother would do. Now though, he has a reason for needing a weapon, if he's going to be hunting for food for the group.]
Hey. What name do you go by? [He knows what the visitors book has him down as. But what's there might not be what he wants to be called.]
no subject
[A foreign name, at least to him, but at least it’s simple enough to say.]
[The reminder that he hasn’t introduced himself makes him bow his head slightly in apology.]
Right… I forgot. [Everything here still has him a little thrown off.] I’m Tsukishima.
[Very few people are on first name basis with him… And even then, frankly, the people who could be just keep using that ridiculous nickname.]
