By now, Zenyatta hopes that anyone who is interested in talking about the situation and how to keep Home in harmony has seen the notes he left on the bulletin board. Sunset comes, so he removes the old notes and piles them neatly on the table. (Just in case one of the people he conversed with wants to keep the note.) Zenyatta does leave his message of "Hello world. ( ´ ▽ ` )" up. He likes it there.

There are many questions and different experiences among them. A chance to talk with one another will help make their stay easier. This situation is strange, but it need not be an unpleasant one.

[Okay, so there's two robots. Apparently Zenyatta's going to have to be more specific in the future, and not just identify himself as 'the one made of metal'.

Luckily, Kuroo ran into Zenyatta first, so confusion was averted. There's nothing but curiosity making him approach Mettaton. He's significantly different in build than Zenyatta is, and much more human-looking. Possibly from a totally different world than Zenyatta.

He wonders what his roommate thinks of all these robots.]

Hey. I'm sure you get this all the time, but - you're a robot, right? [He knows it's not an ingenious opening line, hence the mildly sardonic lead-in. There's a quirk of his lips that's as much directed at himself as anyone.]

[Now that they know there's two of turn, yes, both will have to be more specific. In Mettaton's case though, he's not all metal. His head and legs are made of a flesh-like silicon.

The glambot looks up as Kuroo approaches him and offers a charming smile. At the question, he lets out a chuckles.]

I don't actually but yes, I am indeed a robot. The name's Mettaton.

[He unfolds his hands and extends one forward for Kuroo to shake.]

Does that mean I get to be the first? [Kuroo shakes Mettaton's hand without hesitation. It's more an American thing, but honestly he's just happy to find that any manner of greeting he recognizes is commonplace on other worlds.]

Kuroo Tetsurou. You know, I came to this meeting mostly to talk about the food problem, but I get the feeling you and Zenyatta aren't going to have much of an issue in that area?

You do. And it's a pleasure to meet you, Kuroo.

[Mettaton's grip is strong but not painfully so. He's still unfamiliar with how fragile some humans are.]

Ah, I can eat but not human food. I wouldn't be able to digest it properly. Unless this place has alerted that along with my charging ability.

[If it's not painful, then Kuroo's not going to complain. He doesn't bother trying to match it, however; after all, Mettaton's made of metal. Kuroo's not even sure he'd be able to tell how much pressure Kuroo's using, so a strong handshake might not even register to him.]

How's your charging ability, then? My friend Kenma's got some tech of his own and he can't really use it or charge it here.

I find sticking around this place and sitting in the sun recharges me. I'm not sure how but I won't argue with it.

[He shrugs.]

So your friend is a tech geek? What kind of stuff does he work with?

There's a lot of things around here no one can explain, I guess.

And Kenma's into any kind of video game you can think of. He does a lot of texting, too. I have to drag him away from that stuff sometimes so he can get some food and sunlight. [Kuroo shrugs easily, grinning.]

[Mettaton nods in agreement. How they wound up here, for one...]

Oh no. He sounds like my friend Alphys... She's always playing games, texting, or watching those dreadful animes.

Kenma doesn't watch too much anime. [Kuroo tilts his head thoughtfully.] It's pretty big where we come from, but Kenma prefers interactive stuff.

It's weird that your world has Japanese animation, though. Are you from Earth? Or some kind of parallel dimension?

He has better taste then.

[Mettaton blinks.]

I'm from Earth, yes. We monsters were sealed Underground after a great war and were only able to find select few things about the surface world. Or, well, whatever wound up in the garbage dump in Waterfall.

Anime just happened to be one of them.

[Can you see the displeasure on his face, Kuroo?]

I'm fairly certain our "history" books were fictional comics as well.

I don't think we're from the same Earth. [Kuroo raises an eyebrow.] Monsters aren't a thing where I'm from, and there was definitely never a war with them. The only wars humans have ever had have been amongst ourselves.

Which...kind of makes it weirder that your world has anime, really.

[Mettaton shrugs, equally as baffled.]

Unless we missed the human wars while we were sealed Underground? I don't really know, I'm afraid. I'm getting the feeling it's safe to assume we're all from different worlds though.

Which is... both distressing and fascinating. What am I to do if I get damaged? Only monster magic and technology has been used on me...

Nah, I don't think that's the case. Monsters aren't a real thing in my world - they're just myths people tell. I think if there'd been an actual war against monsters in the past, humanity wouldn't have forgotten it to that degree. No matter how far back in history it might be.

Anyway, you might be okay here. I don't know if it was super advanced technology or magic that brought us all here, but it's pretty obvious this place must have an abundance of at least one for us all to be here, right? So, whichever it is, it might be able to be used to help you.
