By now, Zenyatta hopes that anyone who is interested in talking about the situation and how to keep Home in harmony has seen the notes he left on the bulletin board. Sunset comes, so he removes the old notes and piles them neatly on the table. (Just in case one of the people he conversed with wants to keep the note.) Zenyatta does leave his message of "Hello world. ( ´ ▽ ` )" up. He likes it there.

There are many questions and different experiences among them. A chance to talk with one another will help make their stay easier. This situation is strange, but it need not be an unpleasant one.

Not to mention part of that trouble is proving if someone did any wrong doing to start with. Right now, it’d be easy to point fingers at anyone here.

We've got a lot of problems to iron out, definitely. I don't think any of us were expecting to be thrown into Community Management 101 before we got here. [There's a faint smile on Kuroo's lips, even though he doesn't really find this humorous. But there's nowhere to go but forward, so he may as well smile at the ludicrousness of it all.]

I guess to have any kind of authority, we'd need some kind of elected leader to arbitrate disputes and make final judgment calls. Otherwise everything will just devolve into arguing. Maybe more than one, so they can balance each other out, given that I don't think any of us know each other well enough yet to trust any one single person with full authority over everybody.

With how you’re organizing things already, Kuroo-san, are you trying to take a leadership position for yourself.

[It’s just a jab. A teasing one, even, since there’s no real bite to it. Tsukishima moves on easily enough.]

If we talk about what skills we all have, then that would probably help figure out who’s the best suited for leadership positions. We can even divide things into groups, to make things easier. For example, domestic things like chores versus things like exploring.

I'm not sure if any of us volleyball players are eligible. [Kuroo grins.] A leader would have to be without bias, after all, and there's so many of us here who already know each other and are from the same world that I don't know if any of us as a leader could avoid some preferential treatment.

Besides, we're pretty young. I don't know if older people would be willing to take us seriously if they didn't want to. If we have a leader, or even more than one, we have to pick someone people are going to listen to.

I think we might have to wait to elect anyone to leadership, though. Wait to see what we're all like normally, because I think everyone's been kind of out of their element here at first. We need a better idea of everyone's personalities - and, like you said, their capabilities - before we can make a good pick. We might have to go another week or two of quiet anarchy.
